Fee Structure

1. The Admission fees is subject to revision at the beginning of each academic year.
2. Admission and security fees will be paid at the time of admission. However, Namal College offers a rather flexible scheme based on easy installments for the payment of tuition fee. Students have to apply explicitly to pay by installments and new offer letters with a complete payment plans will be issued.
3. The Admission and Scholarship Committee has the authority to award financial assitance in the form of scholarships and loans. The installment plan will then be changed according the payable due on the students, with each intallment equal to a quarter of the payable.
4. If a student does not sign the financial package (scholarship, loan, payable) offered by te college, then it will be assumed the student is paying full tuition and intallments shall be calculated accordingly.
5. Students will be allowed to pay their tuition fee in maximum FOUR installments per year. Amount of dues and date of payment will be clearly indicated on the offer letters. No reminders will be given for payments of dues.

6. Students will not be allowed to sit in the classes unless they have paid BOTH the admission fees and their 1st installment.
7. If the first installment is not received by the 15th of September, the student will loose his or her seat and the admission fees will not be refunded.
8. For any other installment other than the first installment for new students (for which not delays will be entertained), the college will implement a fine policy. If students fail to deposit their dues during the specified time, it will be assumed that they are not registering for the next quarter/semester. They will be allowed on extension in the payment of dues as follow:

   20 calendar days after the deadline	RS 50/per day or 5% of net amount (whichever is less)
   Next 20 days of calendar	RS 100/per day or 10% of net amount (whichever is less)
   After above two extensions	Automatic termination from progarmme. Reinstatement will be permitted at the discretion of the vice chancellor ,and on payment of Admission Fee (Rs. 10,000) in addition to the dues and fine.

   
   
   Students will be allowed to attend classes, take examination and receive degrees only if they clear all their dues to the college.

All payments due to the College must be made either through on line system, cash, demand draft or pay order drawn in the favour of Namal College Mianwali through on-line deposit at UBL. Details are available in the deposit slip.

For any case related to payment of dues that is not explicitly covered by the above policy, the admission and scholarship committee (ASC) will decide on case by case basis to ensure fairness and equity. If a certain case leads to a new policy, it will be recommended by the ASC to the Academic Affairs Committee for approval.
